Territory Real Estate is an online real estate brokerage company for the Massachusetts market. They came to pixelatedworld in desperate need of a brand makeover. Geoff was assigned to be the principal designer for this project. The goal was to provide a brand image that speaks to their target audience of young, hip first time home buyers, while still keeping an aura of sleek professionalism. The logo icon, a dashed-line square with an X in the corner, references the dream of finding one's own "territory" and claiming it through ownership in the context of buying a home.
